I am an Indiana licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (MT2104206), as well as a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I have practiced massage for nearly 14 years and have worked with a variety of clientele from professional and college athletes to pallative care and hospice patients. I received my certification in massage and bodywork therapy from the Midwest Academy of Healing Arts in 2010 and I have continued my education over the years acquiring additional certifcations including, but not limited to cupping and trigger point therapy.
It is my mission to inspire and empower my clients to gain self awareness, to experience their authentic selves, to achieve balance, and to reach their full potential while learning the importance of self-care. As a bodywork specialist, it's my intention to help my clients feel rejuvenated with a sense of well-being and balance, and leave feeling better than when they arrived. Each massage is customized to the needs of the individual client using a variety of massage techniques to promote healing and relaxation for both the body and mind.
